STORY

This piece is about the idea that the land holds memory. Everything that’s happened on it, people, stories, movement, doesn’t just disappear. It stays, in a way you can’t always see, but can feel. The patterns in the work reflect that. Layers building over time, like moments stacking on top of each other. For me, it’s about connection to Country.
Even if you’re not always physically there, that connection doesn’t go away. The land remembers, and through that, so do we.
